The men and women of AGBC Bonn represent a wide variety of professions to include the following companies; Deutsche Telekom AG, American Institute for Foreign Study GmbH, Fraunhofer Institute, The Bonn International School, Lucent Technologies, Girindus AG, Raytheon International, Inc., Rheinmetall De Tec AG, Bonn University of Applied Science, DHL Airways GmbH, AVIS Auto Rental, plus consultants and lawyers just to name a few.

The club reflects the warm the spirit of the Rhineland. The atmosphere at our meetings is of a relaxed collegial nature characterized by openness and opportunities to exchange ideas of mutual interest and mutual benefit. The club is especially open to women of all professions and AGBC Bonn can boast that it was the first club to have a lady as Vice President.

Bonn is a growing center for international business and commerce to include telecommunications (TELEKOM, T-Mobile, T-Online etc.), logistics (Deutsche Post, DHL, UPS, and FEDEX) science (Center for Advanced European Studies and Research), and United Nations Agencies.

Come and join us for our next monthly event and experience the hospitality and warmth of the Rhine region.

The monthly luncheon or evening meetings are useful for furthering business contacts with personal "networking" as a dominant feature. These meetings are conducted in English and/or German and are usually scheduled for the third Thursday of the month. Topics of the guest speakers represent a wide background of professions and are both informative and interesting.
Speakers and topics are published in the AGBC.de website under the Bonn Chapter.

Anyone wishing to attend meetings must make reservations with the AGBC Bonn Office (Tel. 0228-354845, FAX 0228-365628), at least 4 days before the event.

Evening events emphasizing networking and offering a guest speaker speaking on a current topic of interest to one of the business, scientific, technological, telecommunications, and political communities are held at the Akademie für Internationale Bildung opposite the University of Bonn at Adenauerallee 7.

Luncheon events also take place at restaurants.

AGBC Bonn works also in partnership with a number of international organizations to include the Deutsche Atlantische Gesellschaft (DAG).
